"My husband and I knew Tammy through mutual friends. We reached out to her in early 2018 when we were entertaining purchasing our first home. We spent the next 7 months viewing homes in and around North Park/South Park. Searching for a home can be time consuming and stressful but with Tammy it was fun and interesting as she is so knowledgeable in our desired neighborhood as well as what to look for regarding issues that would be a financial burden. She got us and knew exactly what we were wanted as far as character, function, and style. Though it took well over 50 something home viewings and numerous offers we found our home in September and closed after only 21 days. "My husband and I met Tammy at an open house around the corner from our rental. We were just starting our search and not quite sure what we were looking for. We were first time home buyers, pretty young might I add, and had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We dragged Tammy all over the city, looking at different locations, different property types and not a clue what we were doing. She was incredibly patient with us, and never once made us feel like we were a burden. When we finally found a place that we LOVED, the timing wasn't ideal. My husband was now deployed so if we were going to get this dream home, I was going to have to buy our first place on my own. Ironically enough, I never for a second felt alone. Tammy walked me through every step, was in constant communication, and was frequently checking in on me (not only about our house - but just to see how I was doing with the deployment). To top it off, we were going to have to get the complex VA approved. This is no easy task! Tammy worked day and night to make it happen. We were on a time crunch with our previous landlord to get out of our rental and when the complex finally got VA approved (yay!) she closed us the next day (on her son's birthday). We couldn't be happier with our purchase. I am happy to say that I gained a beautiful new home, a hardworking and skilled realtor, and a dear friend. I could not recommend her enough!"

My wife and I had the privilege of working with Tammy as we sought to purchase our first home together. Introduced through a mutual friend who had worked with her, we were immediately drawn to Tammy's warm personality and professionalism as well as her love for the military community (we are dual Navy). We initially were interested in homes in the North and South Park areas of San Diego, but after more consideration we decided to stay on the coast and shift our focus to Imperial Beach. Given the diversity of our search, we can attest that Tammy is an absolute expert on all of San Diego and regardless of the neighborhood she consistently delivered amazing homes! In a very competitive market, Tammy was able to find us the perfect home before it even hit the market and help us purchase it for an amazing price. We knew as soon as we were going to look for our first home that Tammy would be our gal. Her vibrant demeanor, patience, and exquisite knowledge in real estate is beyond exceptional. There isn't a "pocket" in San Diego unbeknownst to her. Tammy's passion is finding every client their home, not a house. It isn't just business, it's personal. Working with her was an adventure. When it came time for us to sell our home to relocate out of state we, of course, enlisted Tammy. With an excellent eye for staging, brilliant unique ideas for some unfinished projects (sliding barn door doggie room) our home sold in a matter of days. Sadly we couldn't take Tammy with us for our next home hunting search.

When my husband got orders out of state, we were nervous about what we would do with our condo. We tried out the landlord thing, but with the market being hot and having dealt with difficult tenants for a year, we ultimately decided to sell. At first, I was nervous about trying to sell from the other side of the country. I knew I would not be able to travel across the country to deal with it. Fortunately, we had Tammy on our side to help take care of business.
As I mentioned before, our tenants were TOUGH. They were not happy that we were selling and really didn't want to make things easy. We offered them money to move out early but they wanted to stay as long as possible. They limited our ability to do inspections/repairs/showings/open houses, etc., and were pretty unfriendly throughout the whole process. Tammy navigated the process beautifully. Her warm demeanor took the edge off, no doubt. She ultimately got our condo sold and for $35k over asking! We were thrilled! We cannot recommend Tammy enough. She has become like family to us and we value her skills and talents endlessly.
Side note - We purchased a home in our new state (Virginia) and while our agent got the job done, the process was nowhere near as pleasant, fluid, and enjoyable as our previous transactions with Tammy. We kept joking that we needed an "East Coast Tammy". It only confirmed to us that she's the best in the biz!

There were extendable skewers and fixings for s'mores in our new fire pit, kid floaties for the pool and several gift cards to the neighborhood restaurants.
